Authentic Jewelry P.R. is not responsible of any missing packet once it is turn in at the post office. Is very important that when you are making your orders put the correct mailing address, because once the packet is ready will be ship to the address that you provided. In case that the packet is returned to us for any error on the address that you provided, you are responsible of the shipment fees. All order has estimate preparation time between 5 to 7 days, because all items are handmade. Plus that, add the shipping days from the post office. Is highly recommended to verify your email, because you will receive a email with your tracking number, once you received it you can start monitoring your packet.
